Tato problematika je nezbytnou součástí každé účetní jednotky. Vedením účetnictví lze poskytovat interním i externím uživatelům informace o finanční situaci podniku. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Teorie se zabývá charakteristikou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky a popisu důležitých činností nutných k provedení před vyhotovením účetních výkazů a poté popisu jednotlivých výkazů. Pozorovaná společnost mi poskytla potřebné údaje k vyhotovení účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Vytvářím jej v účetním programu a posléze provádím finanční analýzu podniku. This issue is a necessary part of any entity. Keeping of accounts can be provided information on financial situation to internal and external users. This bachelor?s dissertation consists of two main parts. The theory deals with the characteristics of the final accounts and the closure of account and description of important activities necessary to implement prior to drawing up financial statements, and then the description of individual statements. The observed company provided me with the necessary data to produce final accounts and the closure of account. Creating it in the accounting programme and then doing the financial analysis of the company.
