Bakalářská práce se zabývá prodejem zemědělských produktů přímo spotřebitelům tzv. ze dvora. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit stav a perspektivu prodeje ze dvora a následně navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení stávající situace. Výzkum u producentů a spotřebitelů, který probíhal v roce 2011, ukázal, že v oblasti přímého prodeje ze dvora jsou největšími barierami legislativní podmínky a nedostatečná marketingová komunikace. Zákazníci mají zájem kupovat čerstvé domácí produkty, zajímají se o původ potravin, ale často ještě dávají přednost levným potravinám v supermarketech. This work deals with the sale of agricultural products directly to consumers from the farm. The aim was to evaluate the status and prospects of the yard sale and then propose measures to improve the current situation. Research for producers and consumers, which took place in 2011, showed that in direct sales from the farm are the biggest barriers legislative conditions, administration and lack of marketing communication. The customers want to buy fresh local products, they are interested in the origin of food, but they often prefer cheap food in supermarkets.
