Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Strategie a tvorba organizační struktury? je analýza společnosti Žatecké lahůdky, spol. s r. o. z hlediska jejího životního cyklu, organizační struktury a strategie. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky, druhá část je zaměřená na popis firmy a jednotlivé analýzy. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy změn ke zlepšení problémových míst vyplývajících z provedených analýz. The subject of the thesis ? Strategy and creation of the organisational structure? is the analysis of current lifecycle, organizational form and the strategy of the company Žatecké lahůdky, spol. s r. o. The first part deals with theoretical background, the second part is focused on the description of the company and individual analysis. The conclusion includes suggestions of changes to improve the bottlenecks resulting from the analyzes.
