[slo][cze][eng] Práca sa zaoberá vývojom a súčasným stavom malých a stredných podnikov v Japonsku. Obsahuje súhrn najdôležitejších vlastností, ktorými sa tieto podniky líšia od veľkých podnikov, hlavne vo vzťahu k národnému hospodárstvu. Dôraz je kladený hlavne na rolu SME v úlohe tvorby pracovných miest, ďalej ich vplyv na produktivitu práce a inovácie. Práca tiež skúma zapojenie SME v Japonsku do subdodávateľských vzťahov a klastrov.Diplomová práce se zabývá současným stavem malých a středních podniků v Japonsku. Obsahuje souhrn nejdůležitějších vlastností, kterými se tyto podniky liší od velkých podniků, hlavně ve vztahu k národnímu hospodářství. Důraz je kladený hlavně na roli SME v úloze tvorby pracovních míst a dále jejich vliv na produktivitu práce a inovace. Práce také zkoumá zapojení SME v Japonsku do subdodavatelských vztahů a klastrů.The work focuses on the development and current situation of small and medium enterprises in Japan. It includes a summary of the most important features which make these companies different from large companies, especially in relation to the national economy. The emphasis is mainly on the role of SMEs in creation of jobs and their impact on productivity and innovation. The work also examines the involvement of SMEs in Japan in subcontracting and clustering.
