Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou komerčního zdravotního pojištění jako doplňku k veřejnému zdravotnímu pojištění v České republice. První část práce rozebírá teoretické pojmy a vymezení těchto pojištění na českém pojistném trhu. Zároveň se i podrobně zabývá provedenými i chystanými reformami zdravotnictví. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu dopadů zavedení produktů komerčního zdravotního pojištění do ekonomiky pojišťoven a prognóza dalšího vývoje v této oblasti. This thesis analyzes the private health insurance as a supplement to public health insurance in the Czech Republic. The first part discusses the theoretical concepts and the definition of insurance in the Czech insurance market. Concurrently carried out in detail the previous and upcoming reforms of health system. The second part focuses on the analysis of the impact of the introduction of commercial health insurance products to insurance economics and the economy forecast of further development in this area.
