Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo izolovat hemlipoglykoprotein v nativním i denaturovaném stavu. Denaturovaný protein byl před další analýzou refoldován. Následně jsem se podílela i na jeho biochemické charakterizaci pomocí povrchové rezonance plasmonu a cirkulárního dichroismu. The aim of the study was the purification of hemelipoglycoprotein, a carrier protein from hemolymph of the tick Dermacentor marginatus. The protein was purified in native form and also as a denatured protein from a SDS-PAGE gel, which was refolded. The purified protein was studied by surface plasmon resonance and circular dichroism.
