Tato práce se zabývá praktickým fungováním logistických procesů ve výrobě a jejím okolí, konkrétně ve společnosti Continental Automotive s.r.o., velké zavedené globální společnosti zabývající se výrobou a dodáváním komponentů převážně pro automobilový průmysl. Konkrétně jak na sebe jednotlivé procesy navazují, co všechno je ovlivňuje, jaké problémy je mohou ohrozit nebo naopak jak se dají zrychlit a zefektivnit. This thesis deals with the practical functioning of logistics processes in production and its surroundings, specifically at Continental Automotive Ltd., a large established global company engaged in the manufacture and supply of components mainly for the automotive industry. Specifically continuity of individual processes, which problems may affect and endanger them or how can be faster and more efficient.
