Diplomová práce má za cíl nalézt optimální metodu pro tvorbu a hodnocení investičního projektu a použít tuto metodu při analýze konkrétního investičního záměru. Byla zvolena varianta pořízení investice bankovním úvěrem s 30 % spoluúčastí a dobou úhrady tři, resp. čtyři roky, finančním leasingem s 30 % mimořádnou splátkou také s dobou úhrady tři, resp. čtyři roky, vlastními zdroji. Další navržené varianty byly alternativní, a to najímaná autodoprava a nájem vozidel za pomoci operativního leasingu. Na základě diskontovaného cash flow je optimální variantou najímaná autodoprava.
