Bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivností nákladů v českém soudnictví. Teoretická část obsahuje získané poznatky z odborné literatury vztahující se k danému tématu. Tyto informace jsou dále použity v praktické části této práce. Teorie se zabývá hospodaření soudu v obecném měřítku, dále je zde popsána historie českého soudnictví, materiální zabezpečení chodu justice, hospodaření krajských a okresních soudů a možné řešení zlepšení situace v české justici. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní soud v České republice. Je zde relativně podrobně popsána finanční situace soudu v konkrétním roce, srovnání s roky předešlými a celkové vyhodnocení zjištěných informací. This thesis deals with the cost-effectiveness in the Czech judiciary. The theoretical part includes lessons learned from the literature with related to the topic. These information is also used in the practical part of this work. The theory deals with the management of court in the general scale, there is also described the history of the Czech judiciary, financial security functioning judiciary, management of regional and district courts and a possible solution to improve the situation in the Czech justice. The practical part is focused on a particular court in the Czech Republic. There is a relatively detailed Court described the financial situation in a particular year, compared with previous years and the total evaluation of the collected information.
