Cílem práce je vysvětlit pojem financování a popsat kapitálovou strukturu podniku. Klasifikovat nástroje a způsoby financování, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále zhodnotit financování prostřednictvím finančních ukazatelů. Vše aplikovat na vybraný podnik a zhodnotit podnikem používané nástroje financování. The aim is to explain the term to describe financing and capital structure of the company. Classify instruments and methods of financing, their advantages and disadvantages. Funding to further evaluate of the financial indicators. All apply to the selected company and now used to evaluate funding tools.
