Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvořit strategickou analýzu Nemocnice Znojmo, příspěvková organizace. Znojemská nemocnice je jedním ze zdravotnických zařízení, které spravuje Jihomoravský kraj. Nemocnice Znojmo poskytuje komplexní zdravotní péči, která zahrnuje lůžková oddělení, ambulanci a diagnostiku. Z geografického hlediska je největším konkurentem Nemocnice Třebíč, která má nejkratší dojezdovou vzdálenost. Dalšími konkurenty jsou pak brněnské nemocnice především Fakultní nemocnice Brno a Fakultní nemocnice U sv. Anny v Brně. Mezi silné stránky nemocnice patří její historie a komplexnost nabízených služeb. Mezi slabé stránky patří špatný stav nemocničních budov a nedostatečné finanční investice od zřizovatele nemocnice. Práce ve svém závěru obsahuje výstupy a doporučení v podobě jednotlivých variant strategických scénářů. The goal of this graduation work is to create a strategic analysis of Hospital Znojmo (state institution). Znojmo hospital is one of the medical institution which is managed by South Moravian region. Znojmo hospital offers komplex health care that includes sick-bed detachement, ambulance and diagnostics. From the geographical aspects the biggest competitor is Hospital Třebíč which has the shortest run distance. The other main competitors are Faculty hospital in Brno and Faculty hospital saint Anna in Brno. The strenghts of the hospital are in her extensive history and the comprehensive services. The weaknesses are poor condition of the hospital buildings and insufficient financial investments form founder of the hospital. The conclusion of this work are outputs and recommendations in the form of various strategis analysis.
