Práce se zabývá posouzením investičního projektu Národního fotbalového stadionu prostřednictvím studie proveditelnosti. Od analýzy trhu, přes marketingový mix a technické řešení projektu po odhadnutí finančního plánu a propočty ukazatelů efektivnosti. The thesis deals with the assessment of the investment project of the National Football Stadium through feasibility study. It covers market analysis, marketing mix, technical solution, outlines the financial plan and calculations of efficiency indicators.
