Práce je zaměřena především na komplexní analýzu podniku, který se nachází v insolvenčním řízení. Vybral jsem si pro analýzu Oděvní podnik, a.s. Pomoci výpočtů jednotlivých ukazatelů, využiti bonitních a bankrotních modelů se pokusím zobrazit vývoj ekonomické situace v podniku během let 2004 až 2010. Cílem své práce bych chtěl určit odhalení "momentu", kdy ekonomické výsledky začínají signalizovat o hrozícím insolvenčním řízení. V první části své práce budu analyzovat vývoj jednotlivých hodnot majetku, zdrojů jejich krýti a ekonomicky dosažitelných výsledků. Druhá část bude zaměřená na zkoumání ekonomické prosperity společnosti v jednotlivých letech pomoci bonitních a bankrotních modelů. V závěru práce bych chtěl zhodnotit výsledky jednotlivých modelů vůči sobě a jejích schopnost odhalit vznik pro podnik těžké ekonomické situace. The work is focused on comprehensive analysis of the company, which is located in the insolvency proceedings. I chose to analyze Oděvní podnik, a.s. I will try to view the evolution of the economic situation in the company during the years 2004 to 2010 by calculation of indicators utilized by borrowers and bankruptcy models. The aim of my work, I would like to determine a "moment" when the economic results are beginning to indicate an impending insolvency. In the first part of my thesis I will analyze the evolution of the values of assets, source of financing and economically achievable results. The second part will be focused on examining the economic prosperity of the company in each year with borrowers and bankruptcy models. In conclusion of my work, I would like to evaluate the results of the different models to each other and its ability to detect the moment, when the firm was in difficult economic situation.
