V práci se snažím definovat několik pojmů - globalizace, nadnárodní společnosti a organizační architektura. Dále by měla přiblížit a analyzovat dosavadní vývoj struktur nadnárodních společností, a ukázat jejich využití v praxi. Přiblížení možností dalšího vývoje organizačních struktur s ohledem na světovou krizi. At work I try to define a few concepts - globalization, multinational companies and organizational architecture.
