Diplomová práce "Řízení pracovního výkonu" je zaměřena na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví. Základním podnětem pro vznik diplomové práce byla rostoucí nespokojenost těchto zaměstnanců. Analýza diplomové práce je tedy zaměřena na systém řízení pracovního výkonu, který je ve zdravotnictví do značné míry obtížné stanovit. Z důvodu relevantnosti výsledků je analýza doplněna o průzkum mezi zaměstnanci společnosti, který potvrdil, že systém má své mezery, a to především ve vzájemné komunikaci mezi vedoucími a jejich podřízenými. Za jednu z velmi silných stránek systému lze naopak považovat skutečnost, že se společnost snaží překonat zkostnatělý systém řízení lidských zdrojů, který ve stávajícím sektoru zdravotnictví stále ještě převládá. The Master's thesis "Performance management" is focused on performance of employees in health care system. The main incentive for a writing this Master's thesis was a growing dissatisfaction of employees. Analysis of the thesis is focused on performance management system, which is largely difficult to determinate in health care. For the analysis results to be relevant, it is supplemented with a survey among employees which has confirmed that the system has its flaws, especially in mutual communication between managers and their subordinates. One of the strengths of the system can be the fact that the company is trying to overcome the rigid human resources management system, which still dominates in the contemporary health sector.
