Koučování je jednou z nejefektivnějších metod rozvoje a vedení lidí. Daná práce se soustředí na různé aspekty koučování; hlavně na interní koučování ve firemním prostředí. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit interní koučování v praxi. Cíle je naplněno na základě podrobného popisu koučování ve společnosti T-Mobile, vyhodnocení úspory interního koučování ve srovnání s koučováním externím a vyhodnocení dotazníku spokojenosti koučovaných zaměstnanců s koučováním. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o aplikaci, metodách, nástrojích koučování, představuje koučovací styl vedení lidí a slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část, která se soustředí na společnost T-Mobile. Coaching is one of the most effective methods of leadership and development. This thesis concentrates on different aspects of coaching, mainly, on internal coaching in the working environment. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate internal coaching in practice. The goal is fulfilled by describing internal coaching in T-Mobile, showing the savings generated by internal coaching in comparison to the external and by evaluating the feedback given by the coachees. Theoretical part gives a review of coaching applications, methods, tools, presents the coaching leadership style and serves as a basis for the practical part, which concentrates on T-Mobile.
