Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující cestovní ruch a na aktuální nabídku města České Budějovice. Porovnáním této nabídky a pomocí dotazníkové metody se snažím analyzovat potřeby a přání zákazníků, kteří České Budějovice navštívili. Na závěr jsem se snažila navrhnout určitá řešení problémů. This bachelor thesis focuses on factors influencing tourism. It also concentrates on actual offers of the town České Budějovice. Comparing this offer and by the use of a questionnaire method I am trying to analyse the needs and wishes of customers visiting České Budějovice. At the end of the thesis certain solutions to problems are suggested.
