Práce se zabývá účtováním opravných položek ve společnosti DK Open, spol. s r.o. a jejich vlivem na výsledek hospodaření. V práci jsou analyzovány daňové a účetní opravné položky. Je popsán systém účtování a tvorby účetních i daňových opravných položek. Systém účtování a evidence opravných položek byl analyzován a byly navrhnuty vylepšení. Mezi navrhnuté vylepšení patří návrh směrnice pro tvorbu opravných položek k pohledávkám. The thesis deals with accouting rectyfiing items in the comapany DK Open Co. and their influence to the profit. In the thesis is analyzed the fax and accouting rectyfiing items. It is described the system of accounting and creation accounting and tax rectyfiing items. The accounting system and the register of accouting items has been analyzed and proposed the improvements. Major improvement is the internal guidelines for creating rectyfiing items.
