Bakalářská práce pojednává o různých způsobech řízení správy daní v členských i nečlenských zemích OECD. V úvodní části jsem se věnoval systémům řízení daňových správ a metodám, jak měřit jejich výkonnost. V další části jsem se pokusil shrnout, jakým způsobem je řízena daňová správa v České republice a v mnou vybraných členských zemích OECD. Nakonec jsem popsal vývoj organizace daňové správy a pomocí mnou vytvořených ukazatelů jsem změřil její výkonnost v průběhu posledních 8 let. The thesis deals with different ways of managing the tax administration in member and non-OECD countries. The first part is devoted to tax administration management systems and methods to measure their performance. In the next part, I tried to summarize how the tax administration in Czech republic and selected OECD countries is managed. Finally, I described the evolution of the organization of tax administration and created indicators for measuring performance of Czech republic tax administration over the last 8 years.
