Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fundamentální analýzu a technickou analýzou těžební společnosti New World Resources Plc, která je kótována na burzách v Praze, Varšavě a Londýně. První kapitola práce je v rámci globální, odvětvové a firemní fundamentální analýzy zaměřena na identifikování hlavních faktorů, které mají vliv na vnitřní hodnotu akcie. Druhá kapitola práce je věnována technické analýze, která zkoumá vývoj kurzu akciového titulu NWR za pomoci klouzavých průměrů, Bollingerových pásem, MACD, Indexu relativní síly a Stochastik. Cílem celé analýzy je stanovit investiční doporučení a určit vhodné načasování pro nákup akcií. The bachelor thesis is aimed to fundamental analysis and technical analysis of the mining company New World Resources Plc, which is listed on the Prague, Warsaw and London stock exchange. The first chapter is within global, industry and company fundamental analysis focused on identifying main factors, which affect intrinsic value of the stock. Second chapter of the thesis researches evolution of the NWR stock prices with the aid of moving averages, Bollinger's bands, MACD, Relative strength index and Stochastic. The main goal of the entire analysis is to set investment recommendation and estimate ideal timing for buying the stock.
