Tato práce je zaměřena na společnost Accom holding s.r.o. Jedná se o společnost složenou z několika firem, které všechny pracují ve stejné oblasti a tou je export, import, výroba a distribuce mléčných výrobků. V první části práce je popsána historie vývoje společnosti a její jednotlivé firmy a jejich činnost. Dále je v této práci popsána současná situace na českém trhu s mlékem. Současná situace společnosti Accom a její porovnání s konkurencí je blíže znázorněno ve SWOT analýze. Druhá část práce pojednává o obchodních stycích se zahraničím, jejich vývoji a o jejich současné situaci. Dále se v této práci také pojednává o problematice určitých zahraničních trhů. V závěru práce jsou popsány některé marketingové strategie nebo jejich části, které společnost využívá. This thesis is focussed on the company Accom holding s.r.o. This firm is collected from several smaller compenies, that all work in the same territory and this is export, import, production and distribution of diary products. First the thesis deals with the history of the company and with the seperate firms and with their activities. Further the thesis adverts to the present situation on the diary market in the Czech republic. The current situation of the company Accom and its comparison with competitors is more detailed illustrated in the SWOT analyse. Secondly the thesis describes the foreign relations and their history and the current situation. Further the thesis illustates issue on some foreign markets. Lastly is the thesis focussed on some marketing strategies or their parts, that are used by the company.
