Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na dva produkty pojištění majetku, a to pojištění domů a pojištění domácností. Část teoretická stručně objasňuje základní charakteristiku těchto dvou produktů. V části praktické je propojena teorie pojišťovnictví s různými metodami statistické a pojistně matematické analýzy za účelem podrobného rozboru ukazatelů úrovně, časových řad, identifikace vlivných faktorů či pro účely mezinárodního srovnání. K dosažení stanovených cílů byl využit následující software: MS Excel 2007, SPSS 13 for Windows, NCSS a Statgraphics Centurion. Podkladem pro zmiňované analýzy jsou reálná data poskytnutá ČAP. The graduation thesis focuses on two products of property insurance, building insurance and household insurance. The theoretical section shortly clarifies a base characterization of these two products. In practical part is a theory of insurance connect through different method of statistical analysis and actuarial calculations in order to detailed analysis of grade pointer, time series, influence factors identification or for purpose of international comparison. Following software were used to attain defined goals: MS Excel 2007, SPSS 13 for Windows, NCSS and Statgraphics Centurion. The mentioned analyses are based on real data which were made available by ČAP.
