Práce je zaměřena na odstranění problémů a zjednodušení procesu v rámci nákupu a dodávek zboží ve společnosti Sunnysoft, s.r.o.. Bylo navrženo několik variant řešení, z nichž byla vybrána ta nejvhodnější, která je nyní ve firmě úspěšně aplikována. Master Thesis is focused on problems elimination and processes simplification in the purchase and supply chain of the company Sunnysoft. There were several solution variants suggested from which the best one was chosen and has been successfully applied in the company.
