Reforma inštitucionálnej štruktúry Európskej únie obsiahnutá v Lisabonskej zmluve je v súvislosti s prebiehajúcou ratifikáciou zmluvy v Českej republike témou veľmi aktuálnou. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na porovnanie právnej úpravy orgánov a inštitúcií Európskej únie obsiahnutých v Zmluve o ES a v Zmluve o EÚ na strane jednej a nové inštitucionálne štruktúry obsiahnutej v Lisabonskej zmluve na strane druhej. Ponúka tiež porovnanie pôvodného znenia Zmluvy o Ústave pre Európu s konečným znením Lisabonskej zmluvy. Ďalej sa zaoberá otázkou, či je reforma inštitucionálnej štruktúry EÚ obsiahnutá v Lisabonskej zmluve rovnako ambiciózna ako predchádzajúce zmeny právnej úpravy orgánov a inštitúcií EÚ. Reforma institucionální struktury Evropské unie obsažená v Lisabonské smlouvě je v souvislosti s probíhající ratifikací smlouvy v České republice tématem velmi aktuální. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání právní úpravy orgánů a institucí Evropské unie obsažených ve Smlouvě o ES a ve Smlouvě o EU na straně jedné a nové institucionální struktury obsažené v Lisabonské smlouvě na straně druhé. Nabízí také porovnání původního znění Smlouvy o Ústavě pro Evropu s konečným zněním Lisabonské smlouvy. Dále se zabývá otázkou, zda je reforma institucionální struktury EU obsažena v Lisabonské smlouvě stejně ambiciózní jako předchozí změny právní úpravy orgánů a institucí EU. Reform of the institutional structure of the European Union contained in the Treaty of Lisbon is in the context of the ongoing ratification of the contract in a very current topic. Bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of the legislation of the EU institutions contained in the EC Treaty and EU Treaty, on the one hand and the new institutional structures contained in the Treaty of Lisbon, on the other. There is also compared the original text of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe with the final wording of the Treaty of Lisbon. Further deals question whether the reform of the EU institutional structure contained in the Treaty of Lisbon as ambitious as the previous changes to the legislation of the EU institutions.
