Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ochrany spotřebitele v pojišťovnictví, zejména životním. Obsahuje krátkou historickou exkurzi v těchto oblastech. Zaměřuje se hlavně na současnost, opírá se o podklady ČNB zmocněné k dohledu nad celým finančním trhem v pojišťovnictví. Zdůraňuje etiku a etický kodex v pojišťovnictví a zároveň podává obraz o skutečné realitě podnikání v pojišťovnictví. This work deals with the topic of consumer protection in life insurance. It consists of short preview of the history of both fields. It is aimed on the contemporary situation, involves legislative background and the role of the Czech National Bank, the main controler of the financial market. The work emphasis the importance of ethical code and in the end it compares with the real situation on the market.
