Bakalářská práce se zabývá trestem domácího vězení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů a zmapovaní dané problematiky. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, kterým je zkoumána efektivita, právní a technické zajištění a dodržování trestu domácího vězení odsouzenými. This bachelor thesis concerns the problematics of house arrests. Its theoretical part defines key aspects and maps the given problematics. Practical part includes qualitative researh which studies the effectiveness, legal and technical background and security of house arrests of convicts.
