Tato práce se zabývá dostupností terénní hospicové péče v regionu České Budějovice. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat problematiku rozvoje terénní hospicové péče v regionu. Dále jsem se snažila zjistit míru informovanosti o terénní hospicové péči u rodinných příslušníků, potřebnost poskytování terénní hospicové péče v regionu České Budějovice a analyzovat možnosti implementace terénní hospicové péče do systému zdravotně sociálních služeb. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy, které s touto problematikou souvisí. Podrobně rozebíraná témata jsou hospicová péče, paliativní péče, závěrečná fáze života, legislativa a systém financování hospicové péče. Praktická část práce popisuje cíle a hypotézy, metody výzkumu a vlastní výsledky. Pro zjištění informací byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum. Zvolila jsem metodu dotazování prostřednictvím techniky dotazníku. Šetření proběhlo přímou a nepřímou (prostřednictvím e-mailové pošty) formou kontaktování. Výzkumný soubor tvořili rodinní příslušníci pečující o blízkou osobu s nevyléčitelným onemocněním a odborná veřejnost (praktičtí lékaři pro dospělé). This thesis focuses on the availability of the field hospice care in the Ceske Budejovice District. The target of this thesis is to chart the problems of developing the field hospice care in this region. I have also tried to find out, how the family members are informed concerning awareness of the field hospice care, the need of providing this field hospice care within this district and to analyse the possibilities of implementation the field hospice care to the health and social services system. In the theoretical part there are some terms explained relating to this topic. The detailed described issues are hospice care, palliative care, the final stage of life, legislation and the system of funding of this kind of care. In the practical part there has been targets and hypothesis described as well as the own methods of research and its results. A quantitative research had been chosen for finding information. I have chosen the method of interviewing through a questionnaire. The research has been done by contacting in both direct and indirect form (email). Family members who look after the patients in the terminal stage of their disease and the expert community (physicians) were questioned.
