Bakalářská práce podrobně sleduje procesy projektu implementace business softwaru SAP prostřednictvím projektového týmu společnosti Hewlett Packard. Celý projekt je rozdělen do několika fází, jejichž náplň se řídí podle vzorové metodologie implementace pod názvem ASAP. Důraz je v práci kladen především na činnosti projektového týmu během jednotlivých fází projektu, přičemž důležitou složkou každého projektu je i komunikace se zákazníkem a jeho aktivní zapojení do projektu. Účelem práce je pochopení procesů celého projektu, jeho hlavních kroků a bodů. Laikovi v tomto oboru nabízí nahlédnutí pod pokličku v současné době velice aktuálních složitých obchodních projektů, které spadají pod křídla americké technologické společnosti Hewlett Packard a německého výrobce softwaru, společnosti SAP. The bachelor's thesis is monitoring the procedure of the project of implementation of SAP systems by the project team of company Hewlett Packard. The project is divided into few phases, which are being operated on the basis of the standard methodology ASAP. The emphasis is placed on the work of the project team during the particular phases, whereas the communication with customers and their involvement in the project is a very important part of those phases. The main goal of that thesis is to understand the procedure of the project and its main steps. The thesis can offer the insight into complicated business projects which are very topical nowadays and which are being managed by two large prominent companies, by the American technology giant Hewlett Packard and by the German software maker SAP AG.
