Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem exportní strategie firmy ŽĎAS, a.s. Žďár nad Sázavou. Na základě teoretické části je analyzován jak export společnosti, tak i prostředí specifického trhu, v tomto případě Ruska. Nezbytnou součástí práce je shrnutí poznatků a doporučení ke zlepšení dosavadní exportní strategie. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the export strategy of the firm ŽĎAS, a.s. Žďár nad Sázavou. On the basis of the theoretical part, both the export of the company and the environment of a specific market, Russia in this case, are analyzed. The necessary part of the thesis is the summary of observation and recommendation to improve the present export strategy
