Cílem této práce je analyzovat a porovnat právní úpravu vzniku a zániku manželství v České republice a v Itálii. Práci jsem rozdělila do čtyř velkých kapitol, které jsou následně rozdělené na menší podkapitoly. V první části se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou rodinného práva. Druhá část je věnována vzniku manželství v těchto dvou státech, především se zde zabývám podmínkami uzavření sňatku a jeho formami. V části třetí jsem se poté zaměřila na možnosti zániku manželství nejprve v České republice a následně v Itálii. Na základě zjištěných skutečností provádím ve čtvrté části komparaci s důrazem na jejich odlišnosti, či případně podobnosti. Práci uzavírá resumé v italštině a rozbor příslušné právní terminologie s italsko-českým glosářem. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and compare two different judicial systems of formation and dissolution of marriage in the Czech Republic and Italy. My thesis is divided into four major parts which are furthermore divided into a number of smaller chapters. In the first part I deal with the general characteristics of family law. The second part is focused on the formation of marriage in both countries. In the third part I describe all the dissolution of marriage in the Czech Republic and then in Italy. In the fourth part I make a comparison of these results, with focus on the differences or similarities. The thesis concludes the résumé in Italian and analysis of judicial terminology with italian-czech glossary.
