Práce se zabývá Evaluací účinnosti sociálních služeb o.s. Fokus Tábor.Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické.Část teoretická má dvě kapitoly. V první se snažím blíže nastínit problematiku lidí s duševním onemocněním a ve druhé kapitole se zabývám sociálními službami a jejich hodnocením. Praktická část je založena na interpretaci výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu. Cílem mého výzkumu je zjistit zda z pohledu uživatelů i pracovníků jsou sociální služby Fokusu Tábor vnímány jako účinné. The work is concerned about Evaluation of effectiveness of social services in civic association Fokus Tábor. It consists of two parts-theoretical and practical. There are two chapters in the theoretical part. In the first chapter I try to outline all issues of people with mental illnesses and in the second one I deal with social services and their evaluation. Practical part is based on results of quantitative research and its interpretation. The aim of my reseach is to find out whether social services of Fokus Tábor are perceived as effective from the viewpoint of users and workers.
