Práce se zabývá sebepojetím učitelek mateřských škol. Snaží se ukázat, jaké by měly být kompetence učitelky, jakým způsobem je lze rozvíjet a jaké jsou jejich profesní dovednosti. Jak uspět v této profesi, jaké jsou osobnostní předpoklady učitelek mateřských škol. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda učitelky dělají svou práci v mateřské škole s láskou, respektem, zda si uvědomují, jak je jejich práce důležitá, jak vnímají celkově svou roli učitelky. This study is dealing with kindergarten teachers itself conception. It is trying to show what competences should this teacher have, how they can improve their abilities and what their professional skills are. How to succeed in this profession, what are the personality assumptions of kondergarten teachers. The aim of this study is to determine whether teachers are doing their work in the nursery with love, respect, whether they realize how their work is important and how they perceive thein overall teacher role.
