Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou plynárenské společnosti RWE Transgas, a. s. s cílem posoudit její finanční zdraví a její vývoj v letech 2005 - 2007. První část je věnována problematice vstupních dat pro finančí analýzu. Následuje hodnocení finanční situace analyzované společnosti a poslední část je věnována srovnání s odvětvím. This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of RWE Transgas, a.s., a gas utility, assessing its financial health and its development between 2005 and 2007. The first part examines the issue of input data required for financial analysis. The second part provides an assessment of the financial situation of the analyzed company and the last part compares the company to the relevant industry.
