Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku oběhu a schvalování účetních dokladů. Na příkladu vybrané společnosti z praxe popisuji jednotlivé účastníky procesu, jejich role, povinnosti a jednotlivé fáze procesu. Hlavním cílem práce je obeznámit čitatele s podstatou schvalovacího procesu Workflow a ukázat mu, jaké má jeho elektronická verze výhody oproti klasickému papírovému schvalování. This bachelor thesis is aimed at questions about the circulation and approval of accounting documents. I describe the individual participants of process, their roles, responsibilities, and each phase of the process on the example of specific company from practice. The main purpose is to apprise the numerator with the principal of the approval process Workflow and show him the advantages of the electronic version against the traditional paper approval.
