Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit alternativní, jednodušší databázi bez zbytečných, nevyužitých funkcí použitelnou pro aplikaci určenou k evidenci žáků a učitelů a správu rozvrhů střední školy. Databáze by také měla být snadno rozšiřitelná o další funkce. Postupoval jsem od analýzy střední školy přes konceptuální a fyzický návrh databáze až k nastavení práv jednotlivých uživatelů. Databázi jsem také na malém vzorku dat vyzkoušel v Oracle Database Express Edition 11g Release 2. Předpokládaným přínosem práce by mělo být zpřehlednění a zjednodušení stávajícího stavu zaznamenávání dat na konzultovaných středních školách pro učitele. Přínosem by pak měla být práce hlavně pro žáky škol, kterým by umožnila nahlížet na záznamy o jejich osobě včetně známek, k čemuž v současné době přístup nemají. Práce je strukturována hlavně kolem praktického návrhu databáze s občasným doplněním o teorii k tématu. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create alternative and simpler database without unused functions, which can be used by application designed to keep a records of students and teachers and to create and manage timetable of high school. The created database should also be easily extendable. I started by analyzing high school, then created conceptual and physical model of the database and in the end described access rights of users of the database. I've also used a small data sample to test the database in Oracle Database Express Edition 11g Release 2. The expected contribution of this thesis for teachers should be more transparent and simpler database than the one which is currently used by the consulted high schools. The created database should mainly be a contribution for students, who currently have no access at all to the school database. The thesis is mainly focused on the database design and its practical realization with theoretical parts where relevant.
