Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací moderních metod řízení do malého podniku Acan. Jedná se o metody vedoucí ke zdokonalení, zrychlení a standardizaci procesů ve výrobě. Hlavním cílem je ověření, zda se dá v malém podniku využít alespoň část firemní filosofie společnosti Toyota, jež řeší problémy metodou osmi kroků. Metoda pomáhá během osmi kroků nalézt problém a jeho příčinu, vytvořit protiopatření, následně ho aplikovat a vyhodnotit výsledky. Posledním krokem metody je standardizace úspěšného procesu a další cyklus metody Kaizen. The bachelor thesis deals with application of modern management methods, leading to improvement, acceleration and standardization of the manufacturing processes, to a small business Acan. The main objective is the verification whether it is possible to use at least part of the Toyoda company philosophy, which solves problems of the method of 8 steps, in the conditions of a small business. The method enables during eight steps to find the problem and its cause, create counter-measures, and consequentially evaluate the results. The last step is a standardization of the successful process and new cycle of the Kaizen method.
