Práce se zabývá problematikou vrácení DPH podnikatelským subjektům v rámci EU a třetích zemí. První část práce je zaměřena na analýzu legislativních podmínek k této problematice, které jsou upravené směrnicemi Rady EU a implementovány do právních řádů jednotlivých členských států EU. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza procesů vrácení DPH podnikatelským subjektům z vybraných členských států. Třetí část práce obsahuje komparaci procesů a podmínek pro vrácení DPH v rámci EU a třetích zemí, včetně zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod pro podnikatelské subjekty z EU a třetích zemí. The thesis deals with VAT refunds to businesses within the EU and third countries. The first part focuses on the analysis of legislative conditions to this issue that are regulated by the Directives of the EU Council and implemented into the national legislations of EU Member States. In the second part is an analysis of the VAT refund processes to businesses in selected Member States. The third part includes a comparison of processes and conditions for refund of VAT in the EU and third countries, including the advantages and disadvantages for businesses from the EU and third countries.
