Cílem této práce je zpracovat finanční analýzu podniku UVAX, s.r.o. v letech 2007 -- 2011 za použití poměrových ukazatelů, analýzy bankrotních a bonitních modelů, pyramidového rozkladu ROE, mezipodnikového srovnání a uvést doporučení pro další finanční řízení a zhodnotit podnik z hlediska potencionálního investora. Práce je kromě úvodu a závěru rozdělená na dvě hlavní části. Jedná se o část teoretickou, kde je daná problematika zpracovaná pomocí odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Druhá část je praktická, kde se nabyté poznatky z první části aplikují na konkrétní podnik. Main goals of the thesis are to prepare a complex financial analysis of UVAX, s.r.o. in period of years 2007 -- 2011. For this analysis were used ratios, analysis of bankrupt and creditworth models, pyramidal decomposition of ROE, comparison intercompany and provide recommendations for further financial management and evaluate the company from potential investor's point of view. Thesis is divided into two main parts, introduction and conclusion excluded. It is theoretical part, where the issue is compiled with scholarly literature and other sources. The second part is practical, where the know-how acquired in the first part is applied to a specific company.
