Cílem mé diplomové práce byla analýza zhodnocení dosavadního vývoje na národním pojistném trhu v posledních letech včetně uvedení vybraných trendů, které na něj působí. První kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj národního hospodářství. Jedná se především o vývoj vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů: HDP, míra inflace a míra nezaměstnanosti. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku pojistného trhu. V této kapitole se hlavně věnuji specifickým ukazatelům pojistného trhu a také se zde zabývám pojišťovnami, které jsou zhodnoceny dle nejrůznějších hledisek. Další části mé diplomové práce jsou věnovány vývojovým trendům. Konkrétně se jedná o vývojové trendy životního a neživotního pojištění, u kterých je uvedena obecná charakteristika, dosavadní vývoj, pojistné produkty a na závěr vybrané trendy. Tyto dvě kapitoly jsou zakončeny stručným srovnáním s hodnotami Evropské unie. V následující kapitole jsou podrobněji rozebrány obecné vývojové trendy: asymetrie informací, ochrana klienta, princip jednotné licence, pojistné podvody, rozvoj informačních technologií a bankopojištění. Poslední kapitolu tvoří vývojové trendy v oblasti regulace pojišťovnictví -- IFRS 4 a Solvency II. Závěr práce je věnován prognóze budoucího vývoje pojistného trhu. The aim of my thesis was to analyze the assessment of developments in the national insurance market in recent years, including the selected trends which it operates. The first chapter focuses on the development of national economy. This is essentially a development of selected economic indicators: GDP, inflation rate and unemployment rate. The second chapter focuses on the general characteristics of the insurance market. This chapter is mainly devoted to specific indicators of the insurance market and that it also deals with insurance companies, which are evaluated according to various criteria. Another part of my thesis are devoted to developments. Specifically, the trends and non-life insurance, which is a general characteristic, current trends and insurance products at the end of the selected trends. These two chapters end with a brief comparison with the values of the European Union. In the following section are discussed in more detail the general trends: the asymmetry of information, protection of the client, the principle of single license, insurance fraud, the development of information technology and bancassurance. The last chapter consists of developments in the regulation of insurance - IFRS 4 and Solvency II. The conclusion is devoted to forecast the future development of the insurance market.
