Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití programovacího jazyka Visual Basic for Applications v podnikové praxi. Cílem práce je vyvinout v prostředí MS Excel aplikaci, která bude uživatelům šetřit čas a vzbudí v nich zájem o využití nástrojů pro automatizaci. Možnosti VBA jsou demonstrovány na příkladu této aplikace. V první části je analyzován současný stav a míra využití automatických nástrojů v HR oddělení společnosti, pro kterou byla aplikace vyvinuta. Druhá část popisuje samotnou aplikaci a její komponenty. U každé komponenty je vysvětlena její funkčnost, jak byla vyvinuta, dále je pak uveden uživatelský pohled. V závěrečné části je popsáno nasazení aplikace a její přijetí uživateli. This bachelor thesis describes the possibilities of Visual Basic for Applications programing language in real business cases. The goal of the thesis is to develop an application in VBA, that will save the users time and it will awake their interest into automation tools. The application is used to demonstrate the possibilities of VBA. The first part of the thesis analyses the situation and how much the automation tools are used in the HR department of the company the application was developed for. The second part describes the application and its components. There the functionality is explained, the process of development and the users point of view for each component. The last part describes the launch of the application and users feedback.
