[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem náhradní rodinné péče, přičemž hlavním cílem je zde poskytnutí uceleného přehledu o náhradní rodinné péči, konkrétně pak o pěstounské péči, žadateli o svěření dítěte do náhradní rodinné péče. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy důležité pro správné pochopení této oblasti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá náhradní rodinnou péčí obecně a její legislativou. Ve třetí kapitole jsou představeny zvlášť jednotlivé formy náhradní rodinné péče. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola jsou pak součástí praktické části práce, která obsahuje vysvětlení procesu zprostředkování osvojení a pěstounské péče a v poslední řadě i rozbor ankety deklarující ochotu veřejnosti přijmout dítě do pěstounské péče.This bachelor thesis deals with an alternative family care. The main goal is to provide a comprehensive overview of alternative family care, specifically of foster care, to the applicant for custody of the child in alternative family care. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter defines the basic concepts essential for a proper understanding of this area. The second chapter deals with an alternative family care in general and its legislation. The third chapter presents each form of alternative family care separately. The fourth and fifth chapter form a part of the practical section, which contains an explanation of the mediation process of adoption and foster care and finally an analysis of a survey declaring willingness of public to take the child into foster care.
