Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tematice veřejných dražeb nemovitostí z pohledu povinností dražebníka. Jejím cílem je osvětlit roli dražebníka při dražbách nemovitostí a popsat jeho povinnosti v souvislosti s celým dražebním procesem. V první kapitole je uvedena nemovitost jako předmět dražby a výhody a nevýhody dražby nemovitostí. V následujících kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s dražbou. V kapitolách týkajících se dražeb dobrovolných a dražeb nedobrovolných jsou uvedeny dokumenty, které musí dražebník při dražbě vyhotovit. Závěrečná část práce vyzdvihuje jednotlivé povinnosti dražebníka při organizaci dražby, jejím průběhu a po jejím skončení. This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of public auctions of immovables from the view of auctioneer's duties. Its aim is to clarify the auctioneer's role and to describe his duties during the whole process of public auctions. In the first chapter an immovable is introduced as an object of public auctions and there are mentioned advantages and disadvantages of public auctions of immovables. In the following chapters the basic terms associated with public auctions are defined. In chapters concerning voluntary and involuntary auctions there are quoted documents that auctioneer has to prepare during the process of public auctions. This thesis is concluded by pointing out various auctioneer's duties during the organization, the process and after the end of public auction.
