[cze][eng] Práce se zabývá finanční analýzou, seznamuje s uživateli účetních informací, zdroji informací a nastiňuje problematiku regulace, standardizace a harmonizace. Představuje základní metody analýzy a definuje ukazatele rentability, likvidity, solventnosti, bankrotní a bonitní modely. This paper deals with the financial analysis, introduces the users and sources of accounting information and outlines the issues of regulation, standardisation and harmonisation. It informs about the basic methods of analysis and defines the ratios of profitability, liquidity, solvency, bankruptcy and creditworthiness. The example of Klein&Blažek Company is used for the practical application of the financial analysis. The earlier introduced theory is applied there and the results are evaluated. It has come out that Klein&Blažek Company has a good position at the market. It is a corporation in a stability phase of the business life cycle. This paper has rejected the hypothesis about the fall of the liquidity in this company during the last financial crisis.
