Tato práce si klade za účel podat ucelený pohled na vybrané současné modely likvidních finančních trhů, tedy vysvětlit jejich podstatu, zhodnotit jejich výhody a nevýhody a na základě zjištěných poznatků provést mezi nimi vzájemnou komparaci. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. Prvních pět kapitol obsahuje teoretický popis jednotlivých modelů a metod, s vymezením jejich předpokladů, z nich vyplývajících důsledků a tam kde je to možné i matematický popis modelu. Dále jednotlivé kapitoly zkoumají podstatné problémy modelů a na konci každé z nich uvedu přehledné shrnutí a závěry z rozebrání výhod a nevýhod charakterizovaného modelu. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na klasickou teorii efektivních trhů, modely Behavioral finance, technickou analýzu, modely s měnící se volatilitou a dynamické modely s pamětí. Poslední kapitola práce se soustřeďuje na vzájemné porovnání modelů. The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of selected current models of liquid financial markets, namely to explain their basic principles, assess their strengths and deficiencies and compare them with each other. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first five chapters focus on the theoretical description of five different models, including their assumptions, the resulting consequences and, where possible, their mathematical formulation. The particular chapters also examine the major problems of the models and provide clear summaries and conclusions. Specifically, this paper discusses the efficient market hypothesis, models of behavioral finance, technical analysis, changing volatility models and dynamic feedback models. The last chapter compares the particular models.
