Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu investičných pyramidových hier a ich dopad na jej účastníkov. Táto práca by mala oboznámiť čitateľov s pojmovým aparátom a informovať ich, ako odhaliť pyramídovú hru alebo jej variácie. Ďalej si ukážeme, ako sú pyramídové hry definované v legislatívnom systéme Českej republiky a USA. Nakoniec nasimulujem konkrétnu pyramídovú hru s vymedzenými predpokladmi. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu investičních pyramidových her a jejich dopad na jejich účastníků. Tato práce by mělo obeznámit čitatele s pojmovým aparátem a informovat je, jak odhalit pyramidovou hru anebo její variace. Dále si ukážeme, jak jsou pyramidové hry definovány v legislativním systému České republiky a USA. Nakonec nasimuluju konkrétní pyramidovou hru s vymezenými předpoklady. The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of capital pyramid schemes and their impact on participants. The thesis should make the reader aware of definitions of specific terms and inform them, how to detect pyramid scheme or its variations. Next we will look on how pyramid schemes are defined in law systems of Czech republic and the United States. In final part of my thesis I will make a simulation of concrete pyramid scheme with defined assumptions.
