Tento text se zabývá komparací spotřebitelského úvěru a americké hypotéky z hlediska jejich výhodnosti pro klienta, který má zájem o úvěr na spotřební zboží. V práci jsou porovnávány výše zmíněné bankovní produkty od tří reprezentantů bankovního sektoru. Kromě samotné komparace text definuje pojmy spotřebitelského úvěru a americké hypotéky. Jsou zde zmíněny také způsoby ochrany klienta, informační povinnost úvěrových institucí a možnosti řešení sporů mezi těmito smluvními stranami. V této práci se lze dočíst o bankovních metodách řízení úvěrového rizika. This paper deals with comparsion of consumer credit and american mortgage in terms of their suitability for the client who is interested in a loan for consumer goods. The paper compares the above-mentioned bank products from the three representatives of the banking sector. Besides the comparison of text defines the terms consumer credit and american mortgage. There are also discussed ways to protect client, Information obligation for credit institutions and possibility of resolving disputes between parties. In this work we can read on bank credit risk management methods.
