[cze][eng] Cílem diplomové práce bylo vyhodnotit úroveň užitkovosti u plemenic masného skotu plemene Aberdeen Angus chovaného v LFA oblasti v jižních Čechách. Hodnocení bylo provedeno na farmě pana Lepši v období let 2010 a 2011. Do hodnocení bylo vybráno 74 plemenic základního stáda a 108 čistokrevných telat narozených v tomto období. U plemenic byl zjišťován datum narození, počet porodů, věk při prvním otelení a průměrná délka mezidobí a u telat datum narození, živá hmotnost při narození a hmotnost ve 120 a 210 dnech věku. Dále byly vypočítány průměrné denní přírůstky v období od narození do 120 dní věku, od 120 do 210 dnů a od narození do 210 dnů. Soubor telat byl následně rozdělen podle několika kritérií. Nejprve podle roku narození, dále podle pohlaví a roku narození, měsíce narození a podle pořadí otelení matky. U těchto souborů bylo provedeno statistické zpracování dat pomocí programu Microsoft Excel. U sledovaných ukazatelů byly vypočteny základní statistické charakteristiky a rozdíly mezi jednotlivými skupinami byly ověřeny jednofaktorovou analýzou rozptylu (F?test) a párovými t?testy na odpovídajících hladinách významnosti. Základní stádo plemenic bylo hodnoceno podle věku a podle počtu porodů. Ve stádě, ve kterém se nachází krávy i s 15 porody jsou v největším počtu zastoupeny krávy s jedním (23 %) nebo dvěma (17,6 %) porody. Plemenice dosahovaly při prvním otelení průměrného věku 813 dnů a průměrná délka mezidobí činila 393 dnů. Průměrné živé hmotnosti telat bez rozdílu pohlaví dosahovaly při narození hodnot 33,72 kg v r. 2010, 33,31 kg v r. 2011, ve 120 dnech věku činila průměrná živá hmotnost 207, 95 kg v r. 2010, 202,94 kg v r. 2011 a ve 210 dnech vážila telata průměrně 309,61 kg v r. 2010 a v r. 2011 306,09 kg. Od narození do 120 dnů dosáhla telata průměrných denních přírůstků 1451 g v r. 2010, v r. 2011 1413 g, v rozmezí 120 až 210 dní byl průměrný denní přírůstek 1413g v r. 2010, v r. 2011 1169 g a v období od narození do 210 dnů věku to bylo 1314 g v r. 2010 a 1299 g v r. 2011. Při ekonomickém zhodnocení chovu, kdy byly porovnány příjmy (včetně dotací) a výdaje v jednotlivých letech, bylo zjištěno, že chov je mírně ziskový a z toho vyplývá, že bez dotací, které tvoří významnou část příjmů, by byl tento chov těžko realizovatelný.The purpose of this thesis was to evaluate the level of performance of Aberdeen Angus beef cattle breed bred in Less-favoured areas in southern Bohemia. This evaluation was carried out on Mr. Lepša?s farm in the years 2010 and 2011. 74 basic herd cows and 108 purebred calves born during this period were selected for this purpose. The date of birth, number of births, age at first calving and the average time interval between calving were checked on cows and the date of birth, the weight at birth and the weight in the age of 120 and 210 days were checked on calves. Average daily increments in the interval from birth to 120 days of age, from 120 to 210 days of age and from the day of birth to 210 days were calculated. The group of calves was sorted out by following parameters. Year of birth; sex and year of birth; month of birth; order of calving of the mother. Microsoft Excel was used for processing the statistic data. Basic statistical characteristics for the monitored parameters were calculated and differences between groups were verified by single-factor analysis of variance (F-test) and paired t-tests for the corresponding levels of significance. Breeding cows were evaluated by age and number of births. Cows with 1 (23%) or 2 (17.6%) births are represented in the largest number in the herd including even the cows with 15 births. Cows at first calving reached an average age of 813 days and average length of the interval between calving was 393 days. Calves regardless of sex reached the average birth weight of 33.72 kg in the year 2010, 33.31 kg in 2011, in 120 days of age the average live weight reached 207.95 kg in 2010, 202.94 kg in 2011 and calves in 210 days of age reached an average weight of 309.61 kg in 2010 and in 2011 306.09 kg. Average daily gain of calves from birth to 120 days reached 1451 g in 2010, 1.413 g in 2011, between 120 and 210 days of age the average daily gain was 1413 g in 2010, 1169 in 2011 and in the period from birth to 210 days of age it was 1314 g in 2010 and 1299 g in 2011. Analysis of breeding from economic perspective by comparing revenues (including subventions) and expenditures in each year resulted in findings that the breeding is moderately profitable and it follows that without subventions which constitute an important part of the revenue would be difficult to realize this breeding.
