Obsahom bakalárskej práce je vymedzenie a charakteristika inštitucionálneho rámca ochrany spotrebiteľa v Českej republike, Slovenskej republike a Európskej únii. Cieľom práce je jednak charakteristika jednotlivých národných orgánov a komparácia dôležitých aspektov ochrany spotrebiteľa v oboch krajinách, jednak poukázanie na vplyv členstva v medzinárodnom spoločenstve Európskej únii. Obsahem bakalářské práce je vymezení a charakteristika institucionálního rámce ochrany spotřebitele v České republice, Slovenské republice a Evropské unii. Cílem práce je kromě charakteristiky jednotlivých národních orgánů a komparace důležitých aspektů ochrany spotřebitele v obou zemích také poukázání na vliv členstva v mezinárodním společenství Evropské unii. The objective of the Bachelor thesis is the determination and characteristics of the institutional frame of customer protection in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and the European Union. On one hand, the aim of this thesis focuses on the characteristics of the particular national authorities and the comparison of important aspects of customer protection in both countries; on the other, it deals with the reference towards the impact of their membership in the European Union.
