Bakalářská práce na téma alternativní distribuční kanály v pojišťovnictví pojednává o moderních formách distribuce pojistných produktů na českém pojistném trhu. Dynamický rozvoj informačních technologií internetu a sociálních sítí si vynucuje inovativní přístupy v oblasti marketingu. Práce se specializuje internetovou služby World Wide Web, tedy webové stránky a sociální síť Facebook využívané pojišťovnami. Je zaveden teoretický aparát alternativní distribuce k provedení analýzy využití funkčních prvků webových prezentací a Facebook stránek pojišťoven. Bylo zjištěno, že pojišťovny efektivně využívají web jako alternativní distribuční kanál. Na trhu je k dispozici široké spektrum pojistných produktů sjednatelných on-line. Facebook je pojišťovnami užíván především za účelem propagace a PR. The bachelor thesis on topic alternative distribution channels in instance deals about modern forms of distribution of insurance products on czech insurance market. Dynamic development of IT, internet and social network requests inovative aproaches in marketing. The thesis is specialized in internet service World Wide Web, that means websites and social network Facebook used by insurance companies. There is introduced theoretical apparatus of alternative distribution for analysis of usage of function elements of websites and Facebook sites.
