Kromě analýzy získaných dat o počtech obsloužených zákazníků je zde popsán i postup optimalizace tohoto modelu hromadné obsluhy pomocí oněch zmiňovaných softwarů STORM a STOCHASTICA.The aim of this thesis is to summarize the basic knowledge on the subject of queuing theory and to suggest ways of their use in practice. The theoretical section describes the basic queuing models, as well as their characteristics and classification. In specific the simple exponential model and the exponential model with a parallel service. The thesis also explains and describes utilization of two softwares (STOCHASTICA and STORM), that are used to calculate basic characteristics. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on handling customers in Prague's gym Hit Fitness Flóra. Apart from analyzing the obtained data about the numbers of served customers, there is also a description of the optimization procedure on this queuing model, using the two mentioned softwares STORM and STOCHASTICA.
